*WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUND ON SALON SERVICES.
If you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7 business days of service with the same stylist. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.
*ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD ON A NO RETURN, NO REFUND BASIS.
We will accept exchanges on unused merchandise within 15 days from the date of the purchase. Defective merchandise must be presented within 30 days from the date of the purchase, along with all the original components. All discounted items are final sale, NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
